General Contractor backed by Since 1948 years of local experience

Carmody Group FL has roots that go back to 1948, when our grandfather started this company on a simple promise: do honest work, stand behind it, and treat every client the way you'd want to be treated. That promise has carried through every generation since, and it still drives every project we take on today.

Our grandfather built this business from the ground up in Southwest Florida, and the values he set in place never left. Honesty, accountability, and quality craftsmanship were not talking points for him. They were the job. We have held onto that standard across every decade and every generation that followed.

Today, Kelley leads Carmody Group FL as a third-generation contractor, having taken over when her father retired. She grew up in this trade and knows it from the inside out. Alongside her, Matt Britt brings over a decade of experience in customer care and project management, making sure every client stays informed and every project runs on schedule.

We handle a wide range of work across Collier County, Lee County, and Charlotte County. Our services include roofing in shingle, tile, metal, and stone-coated steel, along with impact window and door installation. We also take on kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-house remodels, room additions, and new builds. Flooring, interior and exterior painting, stucco, concrete, framing, drywall, soffit and fascia, and tile installation are all part of what we do. We also provide lot clearing, grading, and excavation, plus permitting and design services to carry your project from concept to completion.

We serve homeowners and property owners across Naples, North Naples, East Naples, Golden Gate Estates, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Captiva, Lehigh Acres, Ave Maria, LaBelle, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, and Everglades City. If you are in Southwest Florida, there is a good chance we work in your neighborhood.

What sets us apart is not a single service or a single project. It is the consistency we bring to every job, backed by a family history that started in 1948. We are licensed contractors, and we take that responsibility seriously on every site we touch.
